Job Overview

Care is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to lead our Enterprise team and drive profitability through strategic client portfolio management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest and most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client strategies to deepen and grow our largest client relationships
  • Manage a team of Strategic Account Managers to ensure excellent internal and external client service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement client-specific marketing and communication plans to enhance client engagement
  • Oversee client reporting and utilization to ensure client satisfaction and growth

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in account management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
