Strategic Growth Director

Parkland Health and Hospital System (PHHS) is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for PHHS. Your expertise will be crucial in developing proposals, ensuring efficient hand-off processes, and gathering client feedback to improve our value offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate emerging client issues to Project Managers (PMs) promptly.
  • Work with PMs to understand client needs and communicate those successfully to the delivery team.
  • Identify and analyze the design of jobs, work processes, workflows, etc. for PHHS's strategic partnerships and implement appropriate changes to improve effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of Strategic partnerships by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, actively participating in professional organizations, and/or maintaining certification or licensure.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact the Strategic Partnerships department.
  • Develop effective internal controls designed to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and revise annual goals and objectives for the Strategic Partnerships department that support the missions and objectives of PHHS.

Requirements:

  • MBA, MSA, or Master of Public Health or other related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience with a healthcare consulting firm or other relevant experience, such as sales, customer/client management, etc.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, organized, proactive, and goals-oriented.
  • Technologically savvy with a desire and ability to learn and the curiosity to explore new ideas.
  • Ability to connect the dots and link client needs to PHHS solutions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate product features and key value propositions to diverse audiences.
