Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casing Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians in the delivery of casing and tubing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of service technicians in the delivery of casing and tubing services
  • Direct the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of team performance and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • May be required to work in a variety of weather conditions
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces
  • May be required to lift heavy equipment or materials

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work with occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven terrain
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Education and Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Industry-specific certifications and training preferred
