Job Overview

Reports To: Casing Operations Supervisor and District Manager

Role Summary

Oversee the activities of Service Technicians in the provision of casing and tubing solutions.

Key Responsibilities: The following duties are not listed in order of priority.

  • Manages the Crew
  • Facilitates Effective Communication
  • Ensures Tools/Equipment/Spare Parts for Assignments are Prepared and Available on Vehicle
  • Conducts Repair and Maintenance
  • Adheres to Company Policies and Regulations
  • Leads pre-job safety discussions with essential personnel.
  • Responsible for the job safety analysis process.
  • Ultimately accountable for all aspects of job execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Provides training to Service Technicians as necessary.
  • On-call 24/7 to address client requirements.
  • Communicates with the Company Representative upon Job Site Arrival
  • Relays any Instructions from District Manager/Field Supervisor/Company Representative
  • Operates Tongs
  • Verifies Torque Specifications are Accurate
  • Performs other duties as assigned by District Manager or Supervisor
Requirements:

Skills & Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong leadership and quality assurance skills
  • Understands the significance of leading by example
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Works collaboratively with team members
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety and operational standards
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of all Noble and industry-specific training

Special Requirements

  • Must possess the ability to manage high-priority projects safely and efficiently
  • Ensures crew safety

Driver Criteria:

This is our preferred guideline for insured drivers. Individual exceptions may be considered to some degree.

Requiring Driver Exclusions:

  • One or more Type A Violation(s) in a 60-month period
  • Two or more Type B Violation(s) in a 36-month period
  • Three or more Type C Violation(s) in a 36-month period
  • One Type B and two Type C Violations in a 36-month period

Type of Violations Defined:

  • Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test and charges of reckless driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with a suspended license.
  • Type B: Includes all vehicle accidents regardless of fault.
  • Type C: Includes all moving violations not in Types A or B such as; speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.
  • Type D: Included non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or driver's license.
