Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of casing and tubing services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Casing Operations Supervisor and District Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct pre-job safety meetings and facilitate the job safety analysis process to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to delegate work effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and work standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to job sites.
  • Exposure to chemicals, cold, dampness, fumes, gases, heat, humidity, noise, and height.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, drive, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Driver Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently.
