Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service technicians in the delivery of casing and tubing services
  • Direct the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on team performance and make recommendations for improvement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to job sites and may involve working in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
