Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service technicians in the delivery of casing and tubing services
  • Direct the activities of the team to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that all team members are aware of and follow safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage and maintain all necessary equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
