Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full cycle of clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. The successful candidate will effectively communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, leading patients to a happy and healthy smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patients through the full cycle of clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance
  • Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment
  • Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile
  • Collaborate with dental teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years front office experience in a medical environment
  • Computer literacy (QSI experience a plus)
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services preferred
