Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Abacus. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the relevant department
  • Inform sponsors and associates of client and visitor arrival
  • Book meeting rooms and inform participants
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure seamless communication
  • Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors
  • Administer visitor badges and maintain records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a lobby environment or setting
  • Knowledge of security protocols and practices
  • Experience working in a GMP facility and familiar with GMP requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
