Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at KVC Health Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing data to inform best practices across our locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze client care and outcomes data through various means, including Care Calls and KVC Hospitals EHR.
  • Present data insights in a clear and concise manner to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop enhanced data collection methods and monitoring systems.
  • Work with Microsoft Office products to analyze and present data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Social Services, Psychology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Experience in child psychiatric care and Electronic Health Record programs preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
