About the Role
The Customer Experience Team is the face of our organisation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. As a Customer Experience Officer, you will own customer issues from start to finish, processing transactions, providing information, and solving problems for our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Solve problems and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and organisational goals
Requirements
We are seeking a part-time Customer Experience Officer to join our Parkville team. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is required, as the role involves working a rotating 7-day roster, including early mornings, midday, and late nights, across weekends and public holidays.
