Position Overview:

The Lead Residential Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Resident Coordinators in the daily management, mentorship, and safety of camp activities. This role entails direct oversight of camp participants, available around the clock. The position reports to the Assistant Director and Director of Precollegiate Learner Programs and requires residing in the dormitory during the program.

Employment Conditions:

This is a non-exempt role. It is temporary and will not exceed six months. The position is limited to an average of 29 hours per week over a twelve-month timeframe, contingent upon funding availability.

Essential Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in organizational leadership
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Completion of relevant training programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Camp Launch
  • Experience working with K-12 students
Remote Work Eligibility:

This position is not eligible for remote work.
