Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 14 AP processing team members
  • Navigate a high-volume AP workload, processing up to 500,000 invoices per year
  • Utilize our internal AP system to process invoices and manage AP accounting processes
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AP processes, including disbursements, printing of checks, document intake, and documentation
