Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Banker to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand existing client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners.
  • Provide financial solutions that meet client needs, including deposit, credit, and retirement products.
  • Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and sales functions.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
  • Support team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex client needs to internal specialists.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 4 years of client sales and service experience.
  • Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to respond in a professional manner with a high level of service quality.
