Overview:
The Project Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing intricate technology projects while serving as a liaison among various departments.

This position involves defining and prioritizing project goals, overseeing them throughout the software development lifecycle, and managing associated risks, issues, and dependencies.


The Project Program Coordinator is tasked with delivering consistent project updates and effectively utilizing approved platforms and systems for tracking and communication among diverse stakeholders.


This role leads efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective implementation, and appropriate delegation of tasks.


Responsibilities:
Facilitates the coordination of departmental operations within approved projects to verify specifications, manage timelines, budgets, and activities.

Oversees, organizes, and monitors interconnected projects and activities.

Establishes strategies and objectives, maintaining vigilance to prevent unauthorized scope changes or distractions.


Conducts project analysis, manages performance and risk by identifying necessary adjustments, creatively resolving issues, and communicating project status and activities to leadership and stakeholders.

Develops standardized KPIs and presents project reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project objectives are met.

Carefully considers resource limitations when planning, scheduling, and executing projects. Proactively communicates any bottlenecks or obstacles in a timely and solution-focused manner.

Identifies essential requirements and support needed from cross-functional teams.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

When applicable, accountable for the productivity and success of individual team members. Engages in ongoing career development and performance management for team members, including leading the annual performance review process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline; MBA is advantageous.

4-6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management. Previous PMP experience and certification are preferred.

Exceptional time management abilities.

Experience in delivering software products and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

Demonstrates understanding of technical subjects such as APIs, data transfer, etc.

Previous experience in stakeholder and vendor management within a project context is preferred.

Experience collaborating with business and technical executives to outline and execute strategic roadmaps.

Ability to influence others without direct authority.

Strong knowledge of standard project management tools such as Asana, Monday, and others.

Experience in the Insurance or Risk Management sector is preferred but not mandatory.
