The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee a streamlined project delivery process for construction and maintenance initiatives, which includes:
1. Development of project scope and budget validation.
2. Management of the bidding process.

4. Regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

The Coordinator will engage in planning discussions with project sponsors and maintain an understanding of all regulatory requirements affecting project execution.

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project execution for construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct test fits and space programming in collaboration with department leadership.
- Communicate effectively with project sponsors, department leaders, contractors, vendors, and team members.
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring successful activation and stabilization that align with project sponsor expectations and organizational goals.
- Utilize established project management standards and tools to maintain accurate project forecasts, dashboards, and reports.
- Prepare project sponsors and department leadership for updates and presentations.
- Recommend solutions that enhance project outcomes and demonstrate an understanding of stakeholder needs while reflecting organizational values.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project management best practices, including schedule and resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and recommend practices to uphold standards.
