Job Summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-demand phone and on-site support to our customers, executing all required service requests, and troubleshooting technical issues with medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-demand phone and on-site support to customers.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute all required planned maintenance activities.
  • Accurately and promptly submit required paperwork to accounting/operations.
  • Promote positive customer relationships through non-service call visits and meetings.
  • Promptly return and document all material not used in the field to our facilities.
  • Work with sales and operations to resolve customer-specific site and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with customers and sales force to clarify customer requirements and technical issues.
  • Professionally, safely, and accurately perform on-site system installations and de-installations.
  • Assist in site planning and sales consultations as needed.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling, inspection, and warehousing.
  • Support company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures, including Quality Management System maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Extensive background in servicing medical imaging equipment.
  • Willingness to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military-trained in electronics.
