About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mosaic Companies. As a key member of our Surfaces team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, providing alternative solutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, contributing to the development of best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience in customer service or call centers.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of ERP Systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Language: Excellent English verbal and writing skills are mandatory. Spanish as a second language is beneficial.
