About the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Project Manager to join our team at Express Employment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing new custom builds to the highest standard, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage each project by the schedule and oversee all construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed following our processes and standards.
  • Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed at job sites.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret building codes and construction documents, including but not limited to I-joist and truss engineering/layouts, blueprints and lot topography.
  • Ensure sub-contractors are performing in accordance with the vendor agreement and within the scope of the sub-contract.
Requirements
  • 5 years of high-end luxury home residential construction management experience.
  • Previous hands-on carpentry experience that includes rough framing, cabinet installation and interior finish work.
  • Experience with construction multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
  • Computer literate with Excel, Microsoft products and project management software (BuilderTrend).
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
  • Ability to self-manage and set priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate with and manage multiple team members.
  • Solid work ethic.
  • Passion for the work you do and the people you do it with.
