Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Labor Management: Determine labor needs to meet production goals and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Budgeting: Assist with budget preparation for operations unit and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Sales: Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold.
  • Policy Development: Assist with, or prepare and update, organization's operations manual and policies.
  • Personnel Management: Assist with personnel hiring, employee retention, team building, and training.
Requirements
  • Community Association Management License: Required (LCAM)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years prior portfolio Community Association Management Experience and 2-3 years Leadership experience.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Work Environment

This is a largely sedentary role; prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
