Ideal Candidates:
Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior experience in retail, sales, or front desk roles (preferred)
Exhibit critical thinking skills with strong computer proficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Support the concept of total body care with a general understanding of massage and skincare services
Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client feels valued and understood
Advocate for the benefits of Total Body Care by informing clients about new and enhanced services, promoting the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, arranging services, handling phone inquiries, responding to emails, addressing questions, and maintaining cleanliness
Assist in expanding and retaining a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
