Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
  • Lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Implement and maintain Domino's Franchise standards, including food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous management experience in the food service industry, preferably with Domino's Franchise.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
