Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, and the maintenance of accurate records.
  • Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and patients to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
