About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager Assistant to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager in leading our salon to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives, applying this knowledge to drive salon success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing team productivity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
