Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience with both physical and digital paperwork, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Assist with the management of physical and digital paperwork, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile part number lots and manage complex paperwork exercises.
  • Quality Control: Conduct and document First Article Inspections (FAI), which includes a 20-30 minute inspection followed by up to 3 days of paperwork.
  • Training and Development: Provide cross-training to team members as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule vendor meetings and maintain accurate meeting records.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Ideal candidates will be organized, have exceptional time management skills, and great attention to detail.
  • Availability: Must be able to work an 8am to 5pm schedule (includes 1 hour lunch).
  • Location: Candidates must be open to working five days in office and commutable to the company location.
  • Availability: Must be immediately available to begin working.
