Sales Manager

About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for unlocking the power of the Orangetheory workout for our members. This means bringing new people into the studio, talking with them about their goals and helping them along their fitness journey. You will be energetic, goal-oriented and persistent, with a strong focus on lead outreach, conversion and generation. You will also be responsible for giving studio tours, selling memberships, following up with prospective members and handling member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, plus commissions on sales and a quarterly bonus. You will also have the opportunity to participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives, and work with your manager to hit monthly KPI's. Additionally, you will have the chance to cross-train with our Operations Manager to help with facility issues and gain a deeper understanding of the business.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm. You will need to be a strong communicator, with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members. You will also need to be a multi-tasker with minimal supervision, and have a proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to meet deadlines.
