We're seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for unlocking the power of our workout for others by bringing new people into the studio, talking with them about their goals, and helping them along their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outreach, conversion, and generation of new members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
  • Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs
  • Cross-train with the Operations Manager to help with facility issues
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members
