Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care in South Denver. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent to support our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients. A strong understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop interview plans
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure best-fit candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and benefit information
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
