Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at DeLine Box Co. in Denver, CO.

This role is responsible for providing daily on-site HR support and care for our 125 person team.

The successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting, including posting open positions and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain employee personnel files through ATS Software (Bamboo HR).
  • Process I-9 forms, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Accurately enroll employees into benefits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain HR documents such as org charts and new hire packets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English, required.
  • High level of computer proficiency required, with Bamboo HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:

  • $26.00-$28.00/hour, DOE.
  • Potential for quarterly bonuses based on performance.
