About the Job

Grounwork Denver is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to partner with youth and community to build a healthy, equitable, and sustainable environment. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws
  • Lead recruitment and selection efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and new hire paperwork
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
