Human Resources Business Partner

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, including policy development, training, and employee relations.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources function, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing coaching and guidance to associates and management, and conducting investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred.
- Three plus years human resources generalist experience required; management experience a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
