About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Management Leader to join our team. As a Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, defining new business opportunities, and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Maintain clinical excellence in disease states and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Stay up-to-date on BSC products, programs, and competitive knowledge to drive sales growth.
  4. Buil dtrusted relationships with physicians and nurses through training, education, and sales efforts.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and BSC corporate policies.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success,
- Strong industry experience,
- Excellent communication and leadership skills,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively,
- Estimated Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
