Cybersecurity Territory Sales Leader

Position Overview
We seek a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts in SoCal and surrounding territories. As a key sales team member, you'll drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customer stakeholders, and expanding our customer base within multiple vertical markets for application, cloud, and infrastructure security.
Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales campaigns that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and internal teams
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies
Compensation: Base $125,000 -160,000 + Commission + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
