Job Overview

Paga, a leading payments company in Nigeria, seeks a talented Territory Sales Executive to join its team. As a key player in the company's growth strategy, this role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage sales teams and drive commercial targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing assigned areas, directing sales productivity, and supervising direct reports to deliver on sales targets. This includes achieving commercial targets, coaching/mentoring agents and PSPs/aggregators, and representing Paga in the assigned territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, interpersonal/communication skills, and a willingness to take initiative and ownership. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and flexible.
