About the Opportunity

The Client Manager plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This includes building strong relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address client needs, and develop and implement solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs in a timely and effective manner.
