Job Overview

The Guest Service Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our esteemed guests at Wynn Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Monitor and manage the front desk phone center, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservation Management: Reconcile and revise in-house reservations, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity.
  • Guest Issue Resolution: Utilize excellent communication skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Concierge Services: Collaborate with the concierge team to fulfill guest requests and preferences, enhancing their overall experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of customer service experience, with a minimum of one year in a front desk or equivalent role.
