Job Summary

The Fitness Ambassador will be responsible for greeting and engaging with clients, presenting the Orangetheory concept, and working closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to new clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our program
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
  • Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and attract new clients
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients of all ages and fitness levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
