Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers through effective communication and empathy.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve patient concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
