We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at La Hacienda de Paz Rehabilitation & Care Center. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and maintain office supplies for all facilities on a monthly basis.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the office copy machines and fax machines are fully stocked with paper and toner, and replace drums as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
  • Process outgoing mail, faxes, and special mail pieces in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with maintenance and compliance of personnel files and I-9 files as directed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to handle a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to take messages accurately and direct calls to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Ability to distribute and sort incoming faxes and mail.
  • Ability to send packages and mail via various carriers.
  • Working knowledge of computers, ten key, and other office machines.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and other related computer programs.
