Job Title: Mission Support Supervisor

Deployed Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Mission Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations
  • Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with human resources to address employee issues and concerns
  • Provide technical expertise on business proposals and requirements
  • Identify training needs and develop recommendations for site management
  • Lead mission subject matter expert for assigned Field Site Manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience in administration, including leadership experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to demonstrate knowledge of payroll/timekeeping, asset management, logistics, and/or other administrative functions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and solve complex problems
