Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to join our team at Step Up. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation and training programs
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop solutions

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
