We are the Justice Information Technology Services (JITS) team within the State of Montana. Our collaborative team is responsible for managing IT systems and services that benefit both state employees and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of project managers and systems analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Oversee the execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Facilitate communication between technical teams and various divisions within the agency. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve project outcomes. Maintain oversight of the project and system support portfolio, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT project management and systems analysis.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A minimum of five years of project management experience, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity. Professional certifications such as PMP are highly desirable.
