Membership Sales Advisor Opportunity at Equinox

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor at Equinox. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and current members, showcasing the club's amenities, and ensuring all members are maximizing their Equinox experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell club memberships and ancillary business packages to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute events and workshops to generate leads and promote the club's services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and ensure their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date on all club services, programs, and products to effectively promote them to members
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a membership-based industry
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for health and fitness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
