Job Opportunity

Porsche of Brooklyn is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to enhance their sales team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and promoting customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Porsche products and services to customers.
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales paperwork.
  • Assess trade-ins and stay up-to-date with market research to make informed decisions.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership sales goals.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in automotive sales (Porsche experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational objectives, customer service principles, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational knowledge of CDK, DMS systems, Reynolds, or other digital/automation systems.
  • Valid driver's license and respect for traffic laws.
  • Basic computer and customer service skills, with a commitment to maintaining all required Porsche certifications.
