About the Job:

In this role, you will serve as a critical link between employees and leaders, addressing HR-related queries and concerns. You will also be responsible for performing payroll functions in Workday, collaborating with MMA payroll to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support employees and leaders by responding to HR inquiries, escalating matters when necessary, and providing guidance on HR policies and programs.
  2. Process payroll functions in Workday, working closely with MMA payroll to maintain data integrity and timeliness.
  3. Analyze and interpret HR and Workday reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Communicate effectively with employees and leaders, providing clear instructions and guidance on Workday usage and functionality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources principles, practices, and methodologies, with three years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in Workday and familiarity with the insurance industry.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
