About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a leadership role in a close-knit team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Address employee relations matters, fostering open communication and resolving concerns.
  • Design and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Support performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to strengthen workplace camaraderie.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the HVAC or parts industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on your location in Charlotte, NC. Our comprehensive benefits package includes major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
