About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Human Resource Assistant I to join our growing team at Tandym Group in North Carolina.

Responsibilities
  • We require an HR Assistant to assist departments in executing various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
  • The ideal candidate will review, process, and triage inbound communications through standard mail, email, voicemail, and service requests to appropriate teams within service level agreements within the case management system.
  • The role involves monitoring queues to ensure continuous and balanced workflows, accounting for team availability and work complexity.
  • The selected candidate will record and update the case management system with call/transaction specific information and supporting documentation, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation is captured.
  • This position requires providing excellent customer service in responding to a large volume of incoming calls, cases, and communications received from employees and Human Resources partners, addressing customer questions and concerns effectively within the scope of responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support for Corporate Human Resources Departments, preparing reports and correspondence as directed.
  • Maintaining effective time management skills is crucial to ensure the HR Shared Services Center meets required Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction scores.
  • The individual must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a general understanding of computers.
  • The position also includes performing other duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a relevant field.
