Job Title: HR Business Partner

Bath Fitter, a leading provider of bathroom renovation solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions and be able to support our US Operations team based in Charlotte, NC.

The salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicates complex information to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics and metrics.
