As an HR Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources function at Sage Hospitality Group, LLC. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate associate records, providing support in employment, benefit administration, associate relations, and training.

You will work closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate, administer, and report on various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with HR principles, laws, and regulations.

We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of HR principles and laws is also necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
