Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Set a positive tone for our Front Desk team by demonstrating exceptional guest service skills and maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Guest Service Expertise: Greet each guest with a warm welcome, accurately compute bills, and collect payments while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the Front Desk, Night Auditors, and Guest Service Agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively find solutions to guests' concerns and challenges, actively listening with an empathetic approach to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Training and Development: Play a pivotal role in training new Front Desk personnel to uphold service standards and ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements

  • 1 year supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
